The standings are calculated by wins and losses first.
The end of the season playoff seeding will be done in accordance with
NHIAA rules.
POINT RATING SYSTEM: (overall record and head to head record is used first)
The point rating system that will be used to break ties for playoff seeding purposes:
- 10 points per win.
- 2 points each time a team that you beat wins.
- Out-of-league games will not be rated.
** PLEASE NOTE the NHIAA wording of "out of state" and "out of Division" are for High School teams.
The "out-of-division" for GSFL will apply to teams playing in different
divisions, ex. North and South. These games occur Week 1 and Week 9, where a win would not count in the standings.
